THE ALTERATION CONSISTS OF DIVERTING THE LINE AROUND THE PROPOSED DWELLING WITH FIVE NEW PORTAL STRUCTURES AND RETIRING THREE EXISTING PORTAL STRUCTURES. THE AFFECTED LINE SECTION IS 494M.
